That said most folks have price targets and if large complexes are conceding 1 or 2 months on the 1st year lease, itll put downward pressure on your rent to some degree. 

Factoring market conditions at the time of refinance, I negotiated a lower rate and conceded a lower term anticipating rates to normalize in the 4%-5% range by 2026.

I'm all about finding problems to solutions and figuring out how to make something work rather than simply conceding that it cannot work.

You seem to think that the long term supply and demand fundamentals have changed and it will continue to appreciate ... you are local so I concede that you may be seeing things that I as an outsider looking in am not.
