Out west here thats common place its just yet another item that routinely gets done under the catch all of Inspections.. just like a roof or HVAC etc etc.

So at this point the seller's contractor (who has been providing me with routine updates) has repaired / replaced what was found in the areas that the pest company identified active termites. 

Most of them may not be looking to divest some of their assets right away but its great to just have them as part of your routine of following up with your network especially as the market goes through changes.
