Newly remodeled home fully updated with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, all brand new!

The property has so much issues now, the basement which Steve Yoak worked on has openings and there are rodent issues. the air conditioning does not works, the house is having other issues with fridge as well.

I partly found out as there was a repair call for a new fridge and called my PM to find out what happened as it was still under warranty. 

I just got a call about a dead fridge.

With it walking out to the pool and hot tub agree that area will get a lot of use and guests should find amenities like a fridge, plastic cups, bar to set stuff on/sit at, and sink all useful.  

Overall they do a good job, but I do pay for it. not only their fee (which they are doing a job and need to be paid), but sometimes their inability to do simple troubleshooting (eg cost me $100 because the tenant called and said the lights were flickering on the new fridge...first thing is check the plug in is secure which it was not for some reason). 

I feel like it doesn't get talked about much that it's not easy to recruit people who are clean, quiet, don't complain much, fridge space, cooking space, parking, utility usage, etc.
