Each unit has its own kitchen setup (full stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc.), bathroom, living room space, and some units are bigger than others.

I don't have to ask for reviews, because I have one of these magnets on the fridge, which really encourages guests to give them automatically.  

Section 8 is the only exception as they require working stove & fridge (only).We make exceptions for good tenants or when we can negotiate a lease extension in exchange for addressing an appliance issue.

She has trouble with bugs (due to personal non clean issues)  All the same we arranged a time for fogging and gave her explicit instructions on how to prepare and what to do with her personal living and cleanliness to get rid of bugs and told here certain things needed to be done before we deliver new appliances fridge and stove that she requested. 

They will hose down the fridge and break the electrical in it.

By poor cleaning, I mean not just small things (like flour handprints on the cabinets which are quite visible, sticky residue inside the fridge that granted, was clear so something like white grape juice?)
