I use the income generated from the new property to pay it down, and then completely eradicate what’s left using a cashout refi on the new property (once I've owned it long enough to do so).

I'm going to bring some samples to the DIY store and they'll look at them under the microscope.I also read about those Co2 things and I'm trying to find where I can buy them, as I've seen some +$ 900 ones and am not prepared to get that, yet....May have to ,if I can't eradicate some other way

The City of Independence stated that they have been trying to get USREEB to fix the issue for almost 2 years & I was never even notified of such issue.The tenant moved out Aug 2017 & the property management company kept charging me utilities upwards of $400 when the property was vacant & did not/could not provide me proof or answer why.The bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet was missing & had fungi growth that was never cleaned and replaced.

Are there companies that are good at eradicating odors or am I better off doing it on my own.

I figured if house hacking became the norm it might look more like friends and family pooling together resources to eradicate the hefty expense of housing.

To be honest - I can't think of many others in this instance.The reason it is that way is because the legislation is meant to eradicate discrimination in society. 

You're an expense that's easily eradicated because now the buyer can go directly to the seller and do the deal.

He says if she does not he will have my uncle's deed eradicated, and a new one drawn.Is this possible.

To complement the eradication of income tax, I would implement a very high sales tax.
