Large lots, green space for a play area, large sheds for extra storage, an outbuilding with a full size washer and dryer, ample room to park a couple cars at each lot, fenced, street lamps at each lot, gated entry for security and privacy, community mail box, etc. etc.

For a luxury condo/apartment we usually have supplied washer and dryers, and sometimes for a standard apartment also, but some apartments just don't have the room or the facilities for washer and dryer

No icemakers or water dispensers in fridges; no sensors or other doodads in washers & dryers; coil stoves or basic smooth tops; basic dishwashers (I prefer the dial timer models but they're getting real hard to find).

I am sorry but garbage disposal is one of the things that rental operator / developer continuously mention along with pocket doors and ventless dryers.
