The AI scans the receipt and enters all transaction details, including itemizing and categorizing all expenses.That workflow makes it easy to get the receipt uploaded initially, and then converted to a transaction when I'm back at my desk and ready to work on expense stuff.

I have a client with 200 acres in TX that I got approved for 40M including horizontal and vertical financing on 180 homes but the county wants them to pay for 180 water meters up front and the lender doesn’t want to include that on the term sheet.
