Also - brokers, investors & wholesalers usually have access to other deals.Building your network is a long-term thing so I don't want to give the impression that you can start seeing results from your network after a few calls, appointments, or networking events. 

It seems to be a hot topic lately, with internet gurus like Pace Morby and Heather Blankenship claiming that you can successfully manage an out-of-state RV park remotely by hiring a park operator, cleaning/maintenance staff, and leveraging software/AI for booking, marketing, and guest inquiries.I’m wondering—how realistic is this in practice?

.- We had to reschedule our lead inspection 3 times and missed our Section 8 window (cannot find another appointment for at least 4 weeks now), which directly cost us weeks of rent and more stress.- At the final walkthrough, he agreed to send receipts for his claimed overages before we’d consider any further payments.- Instead of doing that, he’s now threatening to take us to court over $200, saying we’re “mercenary out-of-state investors” and that the court will side with his “humble workers” who will testify on his behalf.- Still no receipts.

She needs the money to hire an attorney as her court appointed attorney has done nothing to help her.
