There is no solving it.. back in the day the homeless were on the rails and where called Hobo's its a culture for many and now with drugs the way they are its gotten worse .. then add in all the people trying to help them and enable them to be homeless never going to change.. cant give free food and clothing out to people that dont want to work they will just keep doing what they need to do to live and basically its a very lazy way to live.Our nation and leaders have forgotten the truth as old as time: Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

It's been 2 years now since owner passed away so I would have assumed bank would have foreclosed on it by now but county records still show the deceased man as the owner and the tax bill is still being mailed to the house in the owners name.

I may be misreading this, but from my experience of human nature and working with teenagers, if you see this young man as a "punk" or "jerk" and treat him like one, he'll fulfill that role.
