Contrary to popular belief, we do not see tenants destroy laminate counters.

It was out of belief my agent knew best.

But adoption/belief will mitigated if you see other compromises, for sure. 

My belief is you are entering a challenging RE market.  

My belief is “passive” (meaning no value add, flip, etc - residential RE is never truely passive) real estate investing is challenging everywhere.Historically San Diego has been an outstanding location to invest in real estate.  

This makes my blood boil beyond belief.

These are just a few examples I come across almost daily through people I communicate with through BP but its these beliefs that lead to many investors signing up for these services. 

The vast majority are seeking out how-to, but don't want to put in the work for the how-to, so they keep looking around, seeking their "Golden Ticket" because of some belief that there is some easy, simple, risk free thing out there and that is how "those" people got rich.     

@Jonathan Warner I understand and I'm telling you GPT is wrong.The way you're refining your queries is making GPT respond in a way to confirm your own assumptions and beliefs.

My opinion and belief about it is if you don't have the intelligence or drive to figure it out on your own then it is probably not something you should get involved with.
