These people usually have anger issues, and lack any ability to think rationally.  

As such, you post your accusations across the web and then disable and moderate comments so you can avoid having to deal with the rational folks who immediately recognize you for what you are.

A 0.7% ration on an mls purchase is very good in San Diego.  

LOL  hard to rationalize any private aircraft  I had a Cirrus SR 22 that I bought brand new in 04 for 440k.. and that cost me 600 an hour to operate not including my hanger that I paid 250k for.

Right it is important to recognize the emotional components to investing and make rational moves. 

Most of the criticism (at least the more rational criticism) tends to congregate around the disaster that can occur if the new buyer defaults and the sellers limitation on credit capacity.  

Not only does this demonstrate your rational assessment of what happened but also shows the difference between a good broker and a great broker. 

I do have connections with real estate companies in EMEA especially Egypt, Greece and UK who can take on the investors but the point is that I need to understand the basic logic and rational of the game so that I'd be able to connect with the right people before I connect them with the people here.

Woodlands is a great area, but price to rent ration doesn't really make sense most of the time.
