What a lot of investors look for in a property manager are: 1- Clear and frequent communication- a recent survey showed property owners expect a response to an email in 4 hours or less. 2- Proactive maintenance- owners want frequent visits to the property to catch any small maintenance items before they snowball into larger ones.

The site has been surveyed and engineering is being completed now with the hopes of starting construction in the Spring.Current challenges involve acquiring access (either easement or purchase) of another piece of property so that I am able to extend utilities onto the property - 210' to the main water & sewer lines.

We do a short survey with prospective tenant's just to learn at a high-level if they would even have a chance of being approved and get an image of their driver's license - as we employ a self-showing system for them to tour the property on their own.
