start fully documenting everything and take lots of pictures, I would start communicating via email or by letter, even send them a certified letter stating damages etc, sounds like you didn't hire a qualified roofer. send a copy of everything to your attorney maybe even have him draft a letter demanding a response, if push for a refund + damages and go with a new roofer

Hello, Looking for reliable roofer with quality work in the Chicago area that specializes in flat roofs.

The first had roofer on the roof while I drove by.

What I didnt catch was he didnt want to pay a roofer to take out the vents in the EDPM roof.

However one I have going on right now, the roofer we hired started ripping off the roof on the wrong property at the house next door, lol!!

Given that it’s the Catskills, snow accumulates on top of the roof for almost the entire winter season.I asked my RE broker to have a roofer come out and give an estimate for the 2 office buildings.

I would line a reputable roofer up, get a materials list and just demo it yourself.
