I love Tony Robbins and after reading "Awaken The Giant Within" I incorporated a lot of his material and ideas into my morning routine.

I just think you need to get a constructive awakening and stop winging it before even trying to wing it.Hope this helps.

Each program is different and many are religiously affiliated.
