If you’re expecting real estate to be passive you’re in for a rude awakening.

It’s about religious state government.  

There are many investors who are in for a rude awakening when they sell because they will be writing checks, not collecting them.

I’ve been using it religiously and love it.

I get blown up every day with AI/bot cold calls, cold texts, and cold emails, and I'm religious about reporting these as junk to the various carriers and email providers.

During Covid, I followed his podcasts religiously.

I honestly needed this awakening.

I know more than a few syndicators that lean into their religious/church groups for investors.
