There is little to prevent them from banning rentals.    

I was hoping the VA could help with this but I am not sure how to do this with getting another account banned.  

STR can be banned.

The STR ban hurts.

Should be good until STR'S take business away from their hotel and they lobby to ban STR'S. 

That is not banned under the settlement. 

If you want to tell them not to post ANY signs for elections, that may be fine, but not to ban a particular political party or person.
