There is a lack of comprehensive & cohesive fiscal or monetary policy.

I made the concession to give up some pretty sentimental family property in exchange for family cohesiveness.

Sec 8 voucher or not. here's my opinion:Pros- if you have a good housing authority that is willing to work cohesively with you, then you have a 3rd party essentially that helps pay the rent and can also give initiative to the renter to not act out of lease terms (because if they do, they could lose their voucher and be responsible for all of their rent- big incentive to stay on good terms).

Also, I like it better than most the other OC beach cities because its downtown is not split by PCH, giving it a much more cohesive feel and is a great walking/biking environment.

Because without that solid clarity around where the investor is headed ultimately, the actions because slow, erratic, and lack cohesiveness.

We design and install for the Colorado market and our biggest boost factors are co-hesive vibe and them specifically targeting the Ideal Guest and then AMENITIES, AMENITIES, AMENITIES!

Then considering explosive illegitimacy rates (not a term I like, but will use for sake of discussion), divorce rates, population displacement, population replacement, and dyscivic government incentives, we no longer have a sense of national cohesion, national identity, or national duty. 

They understand the bigger picture and understand that community leaders from all sectors need to work together to create cohesive developments that address ALL needs surrounding grown.

The biggest problem in the region is the ability for the seven cities to get along and have a cohesive approach for growth and transportation to link it all together.
