I was served an arrest citation by the city of Atlanta at my Denver home.

For me, arrests for drugs and shootings are a different animal than someone breaking into a car, shoplifting, etc.

I have personally handled dozens and dozens of homicides, arrested scores of murderers/rapists/robbers, been in multiple police car crashes blah blah blah.I say all of that to say to try relate that I am not a "risk averse" type of individual.

You're wrong, as another poster stated, you can be arrested for indecent exposure in your own home.

In Redding, CA the drug addicts shooting up heroin in the parks was so bad rather than arrest them, they removed the playground equipment, and the public libraries in many towns are overrun with sexual predators using the computers.
