Like many of you, owning Real Estate is part of my plan for long term wealth creation, but I've been stuck in a rut of just pure knowledge consumption for the last 3 years without any real moves. 

No one answers the several times I stopped by to knock, but the electric company says there is consumption and someone's living there.

Sherry Young was injured along with four others, including three firefighters, the Detroit Free Press reported.Young told the newspaper she had doused herself with rubbing alcohol before it was ignited by a stove and oven.

Its not intended for general public consumption. 

@Nathan Asher Robson well something like 10 Americans have died there recently under suspicious circumstances, likely do to illegal (read poisonous) alcohol.

One of the major driving factors in my motivation for real estate investing and development was my grandfather, an architect and developer who had built a substantial commercial real estate portfolio in Seattle in the 80's and 90's coming from a tough, poor upbringing and an abusive alcoholic father that was quite an accomplishment. 

Near areas where there are big race months or other well know events that happen every year that people come and go crazy with alcohol. 

All proceeds made from the business I don’t eat it for lifestyle consumption it gets reinvested back so its one of two things - you may need to feed yourself from a business but have the luxury of giving it atttntion full time or you can supplement it with a job and Partnerships which is what I do today.

Pair that w/ drug & alcohol abuse....well, I don't need to say much more.On top of that, you're dealing w/ code/permits, city policies, material delays/shortages, labor shortages, change orders, the weather, ect.
