I can pack in minutes and move no problem, as long as there’s wifi and the commute fits in my (still 9-5 ish) work schedule.Pure Investment (Live elsewhere) - buy a property and rent it out (whether SFH or MFH). 

Again that's no problem as long as they're top producers. 

I have heard people can normally have 4 loans without too much problem as long as you have the income to support them.

In the past I have rehabbed many homes and dealt with many lenders and I have never had a problem.

I believe this is more a government problem, as they need to provide better programs or more incentives for non profits and investors to help seniors and disabled (mentally or physically) with housing.  

Maintenance guy later said the F.D. said there was no problem. 

They commute from Camp Verde or Cottonwood, which is 30-40 min each way (assuming the 179 isn't backed up in/out of Sedona)That should be no problem, A typical commute it seems.

As long as you don't let the fear overwhelm you into a state of Analysis Paralysis.... then it becomes a problem. 

I would say the majority of accredited investors have a similar problem as these windfall investors.
