Interesting concept on the assumable mortgage front.

So glad to hear you're focusing on multifamily... it's the best ;)I also studied business in school and of course the concepts translate into the RE industry, but applying the knowledge is where many fall short.

First step is having a proven concept, so having properties yourself and showing your success.

I read a book once that introduced me to the concept of life-style design and that was eye opening.

I find this concept very interesting in seeing how it could boost efficiency and reduce vacancies.

I am a Real Estate Agent and investor in PA and this concept has me intrigued.

I’m especially interested in the lending and financing side of the business and would greatly appreciate the chance to learn from those already working in the field.In the meantime, I’m actively taking CRE courses to build a solid foundation in terminology, financial concepts, and deal structures.

I visited and investigated large markets - DFW in my case - and looked at different franchise concepts that we did not yet have.
