I bought them originally at HD/Lowes sold as garage storage cabinets   Or should I leave it to let the tenants use them or, take it with me / sell them ?

I will be visiting HD Supply home solutions as they have a contractors board where LC drop off biz cards. 

Does HD do a good job of installation?

Go to the local tile distributor and see what they have that they cant sell , pick it up cheap , or go to HD and get their $ 1.00 a sq ft tile .

It is at HD as well.

We got the $80k to purchase house from HELOC on first investment property, rehab money was from interest free HD and Lowes CC for supplies and personal savings and business savings from other rentals to cover cash needed. 

Thanks . . .have had recommendations to drywall over it but renting a steamer from H-D for $37 / day seems like the less expensive option to start with. 

I have a MF property with  larger PM company that purchases repair supplies through their own accounts with HD, etc. 

I just moved to the High Desert with my family from LA and I want to see if there's any active and like minded individuals in the HD
