There is a very small amount relative to the “Distributions” as ordinary business income (box 1).

my go to software is hospitable because it has the best guest communication available to their subscribers and also as a property management software it checks all the boxes for me along with me connecting to price labs

Over the last year I have spent many hours on the phone with them and provided proof of payment with requests to audit and correct records to all three companies (originator, temp servicer, final servicer)  but to no effect.I think it is time to find some legal help. 

Out of the box, mine was hard as hell and never got comfortable.
