Being that it's nearing the holidays, winter is near in New England , 955 sq. ft house but 3 bedrooms I feel that making the home cozy and visibly what can be done will push that one buyer. 

First, I am a 28 year old construction manager for a well respected firm in Massachusetts who has ties to one of the biggest developers in New England. 

Like the New England states tax sales are conducted on the municipal level, not by the county.

I don't know what that looks like in 20-30 years, but I feel much better about owning property in New England than in Houston from a climate and flooding perspective.

I've just returned from living in England for three years and while I personally continued to invest back in the U.S., it did give me the opportunity to connect with a few others who had invested in Europe.

So we will clean this unit on Tuesday and it will be up for rent.The weather here in New England has been a bear the last 2-3 weeks. 

Hi @Michael Raposo,New England winters are brutal (and so is that electric bill). 

It makes sense for me to play to my strengths (aka being an American REI in England.)
