I have no idea about HD. 

Vinyl tile not ceramic.linoleum HD counters not marble.

Now I scan in every receipt (HD emails them as do Lowes) & file it under a property folder with expense details. 

I use HD's Lifeproof LVP for all of my rooms except bathrooms.

We are also in a buyers grou where we get discount on Helix mattresses, and then we get our linens from hotel suppliers such as HD Supply and others.

If it's below that, Lowe's and HD have some pretty amazing looking laminate counters that do a really good job mimicking solid.

Floor and Decor is a great place for tile combined with the selection and the savings over HD and Lowe's makes this store a good resource. 

Solid colors do exist, but it isn't readily available like the armstrong tiles you can get at any HD/Lowes.

I use the same lock sets for rehabs and then change them out once they're sold.The Quickset 4 packs sold at Lowe's and HD-2 door and 2 deadbolt-have a code on the package so you can look to buy matching sets.
