Michaela G. Big problem tenant is threatening....again
29 November 2019 | 50 replies
Interesting thread. So, as long as you are ok with your legal status, meaning you can go to court without any of that causing an issue, then I believe you are blowing this out of proportion and handling it wrong. For starters, your lease needs an address where a tenant can send you documents.

After reading The Go Giver, you've reminded me of its Second and Third Laws of Stratospheric Success:2) Your Income grows proportionally to the number of lives you touch.3) Your influence grows by putting the needs of others, first. This is the kind of life I want to lead, and its awesome to see someone pursuing their dreams with the same kind of mindset (giving selflessly, recieving bountifully)!!
Tope Rockland Cameron dunlap SCAM!!!
28 July 2022 | 33 replies
In as much as I like to agree with you that circumstances and experiences may vary, considering the proportionality of surrounding parameters, I don’t appreciate Cameron's use of deceptive and deliberately evasive terms.....In my case, I paid a “Retainer” towards the potential use of his funding service….he (cam) did not pitch for a foreclosure course sale - but rather, the course was a bonus in Cameron’s own words during the webinar (prompting web-attendees to go ahead and pay the deposit, reiterating there is nothing to lose)....as it has become apparent, all those that did not get to the ultimate apex of closing a deal (with the use of his funding service) NEVER GOT THEIR $1000 BACK!....

Geetha R. Economy shrank at unprecedented rate - Effect on SFR Price
3 August 2020 | 14 replies
The big foreclosure firms like Hutchens and Brock & Scott don't show a lot, but I expect that will increase roughly proportional to the S-TR filing rate.
Jason V. If buyer-seller can't agree on $, will agents sacrifice their %?
25 September 2022 | 80 replies
If the deal can't pay your expenses and you think it's the best you can do, then you and your agent should share in the disappointment (in the proportions you agreed upon). The only difference between your financial obligations like property taxes and your contractual obligation to your realtor, is that you are in a position of power relative to the agent and not the county that collects your taxes.
