On hotter days I tend to keep the fan running on my unit to keep the air circulating which keeps the temperature more even throughout the house.

Now, I can do a lot of things with the space, however, as it is dry, has a loading dock, is at least temperature controlled (might be climate controlled as the building has been used for document storage for a decade), and has a dry fire suppression system installed and working.

I'm unfamiliar with building codes in Chicago but in Massachusetts where I do HVAC work we cannot allow the tank to be less than 120 degrees as below that temperature bacteria can grow in the tank.
