@Brandon Turner What are the best markets nearby for a New Yorker and new investor that wants to invest out of state who’s salary is roughly $48,000/year?

It is impossible to know everything and you never know how much success or $$$ can bring you from learning a single new idea, tip, or strategy from a book, magazine, online article, forum, mentor, seminar, etc.

So far I've met agents showing profile listed on a popular magazine, agents boosting $millions of sales last year, agents referred by friends...etc.

I'm a lifelong New Yorker that is relocating to South Carolina and intend to invest in real estate.I have been in contact with @Alice Horn and she and her team have been terrific to deal with.

Hey Aron, fellow New Yorker here who has had a ton of success outside of NY in Kentucky. 

just finished reading an article about Windsor in this months issue of Canadian real estate wealth magazine and they are saying there is a lot of growth coming to Windsor and a lot of money being invested in the city(I know this sounds very vague but I can elaborate when I have the magazine with me) making it one the best upcoming cities to invest in.
