You don't have to act on them but you won't lose out on precious days if you decide to start any type of proceedings and it will establish a behavior pattern so your tenants will always know where you stand. 

At the end nothing else that you leave your kids will matter if you don't enjoy those precious moments.

Look at precious metals for wealth protection, not necessarily investment. 

I prefer to believe that most of us could leave far earlier than we think (meaning we are wasting precious time), allow the money/portfolio to continue growing (without us spending time on it) while we're focused on time and health and still not having to worry about money. 

Keep in mind some of those Southern churches are very wealthy and those running it are driving top end cars  50k rolex and wifes decked out in hundreds of thousands of Nice personal jewelry this is what I saw when I worked MS TN and AL.. those Pastors were quite wealthy.

Hard assets...real estate, precious metals, etc tend to preserve value here.
