They need to be cleaned regularly, the remote will be damaged or lost, parts or not reguarly available to HVAC contractors(if you can find one to work on them) especially the DIY Mr.

Ask for checkins when people arrive at site and updates throughout the day with photos.

Condos do well because they're often exempt from STR rules that SFR's are subject to but can have on site rental pools.

@Brian J Allen That is also unfortunate because Worcester seems like it would be a good site for local manufacturing and businesses.
