@Daryl Luc It's unfortunately common how frequently investors and real estate professionals misunderstand and misuse "quiet enjoyment" - Quiet enjoyment clauses are to protect the tenants, specifically from an intrusive landlord.To OP - I'm glad the situation seems to have resolved itself.
