It’s not only the money thing here you could have her causing drama issues with property of hers she thinks he has .. a new boyfriend/ girlfriend adding fuel to the fire ...kids being shuttled back and fourth and your house is drop off location  , he’s not paying his obligations/bills ..she’s Jealous..next thing you know somebody is saying they got hit and theres cops at your property causing a bad reputation for your area  .

You can essentially barter 4-5 hrs per day of labor or skills (during the weekday) helping micro/eco hotel/lodge owners to build/design their businesses in really exotic locales in exchange for room and board (and typically the use of other amenities like boats, shuttles, etc.)

When the LAPD dropped a homeless guy off (they shuttle people from downtown to neighborhoods) and he passed out from drinking pinot noir we called the cops and it took them at least four hours to show up (super frustrating).

They have a beautiful high end commercial kitchen (available to all tenants) where a Chef regularly holds gourmet cooking classes for women who 'usually only make reservations for dinner', (her words).The open house they had was so well attended they had a shuttle running from an offsite parking lot.
