MAX for something nice is 4k, , I do rental rehabs for bath 2500Bowl, 200 installed, tub, 200 installed, tile entire walls 1k- 1500, vanity 250- 350, nice ones from Lowes HD, ( takes 20  minutes to install, come in a " kit"  flooring, 500, 700  Normal 5 x 8 bath ,,Tell this GC to go to church and prey as he is going straight to hell. :) He wants make about 11k PROFIT, materiel is about 2k, MAX, for what you are showing ,for 2  days work

These people promoting it look like they don't leave their parents basement and porn hub.

LOCs are great and use just like cash for the most part, my bank even has a debit card for the LOC which makes purchases from vendors or HD easy.

Does it pay to pay up or should I just take the immediate savings using the HD cabinets?

The majority of ours are complete redesigns so cheap cabinets are the norm for us.Here are a couple of those we did, but we had the luxury of mudrooms behind the walls or old broom closets that sufficed to accommodate appliances.Kitchen (cheap HD cabinets) built from old mud room & closet then opened wall for pass through counter/island ... rent went from $475 to $825/month.Stove recessed & Fridge recessed into old shelving area....Fridge recessed to counter death ... also cheap nasty HD cabinets but this apartment currently rents for $1300/month.

But you can definitely use these CC with any major merchants such as HD to charge materials, and take advantage of the 0% interest rates.Ask them how to access and draw the money before you sign up. 

Personally I do not mind bringing business somewhere else, last year I bought 3,000 angle stops and 3,000 faucet SS hoses, sent them a sample/spec, HD sells them for $6-8/pc, supplier prices were $1-1.15/pc, spent another $.50-.60/pc on air cargo and etc.

HD was around 15% more expensive

HD and lowes are hurting for business right now, so go and find a cheap combo to slap in there on some 0% financing.

Situations that I have stepped into that make life interesting are meth-ed hoarders, crack heads, gangs, porn production, prostitution ring, rats, raccoons, bad remodeling, half finished construction jobs, fire (but not brimstone), flood, heirs that were in prison...good grief..just a whole bunch of trouble.
