What do you do with leads that come to you that aren't necessarily in the middle of town but are say within 15 minutes of the major hub?

Make an account on lien hub and/or real auction and see what you can find. 

The West Valley and Loop 303 in Phoenix has become a distribution hub on the west coast. 

All speculation at this point, but near Lee St/29 and a little north of the Sylvan Hills neighborhood, imagine this:  taking MARTA from the airport heading back north in town, you get off of at a hub, where now you can walk over to the Atlanta Beltline terminal and take transport to your stop. 

The lower price level you are talking about far away from the city hub is, in my opinion, a higher risk investment than something double the cost, but much closer to the hub where properties sell quickly.

The house is notorious in the community for being a hub of drug activity; dealing & using.

Most people would not know, but Bakersfield is one of the larger cities in CA and being within such a small distance from LA and the Central Coast I think it is going to be a large hub for people moving forward in the CA real estate market. 

There are still deals to be found in those markets, too.You have all the benefits of Detroit - large metro, restaurants, stores, major airport hub, but without the risks of crime and city dysfunction.
