Calculate the price to rent ratios for each neighborhood if you can.Then most of the work will come from picking the best property with the (best bedrooms/bath split or unit split) to increase the rents.It will be difficult, I am not going to sugar coat it.

I still like dishwashers because it helps with the water consumption but low end units probably better without them.Low end units tend to get low end dishwashers so they don't have hard food disposers so they can't handle non-cleaned plates.

As for the others I don't think most people who own 1,000+ units spend the majority of their income on consumption for themselves the majority is either reinvested or put towards causes that are important to that person in particular.

While I am only human I have noticed direct correlation between the absence of sugar and high levels of motivation, energy, and daresay optimism; adversely I've noticed that high levels of sugar consumption, especially in daytime hours, lead to horrible crashes of energy, motivation, and daresay depression (not necessarily clinical depression but certainly depressed attitude or state of mind).
