It is a never ending circle of nothing but talk with poorly thought out actions.Another perfect example of ridiculous rules to solve a problem is the CA drought crisis we finally got out of last year thanks to two straight years of good rain and snow and NOTHING to do with the new rules they implemented like having all home owners only water their lawns on 2 days during the week and on set days which actually only commands less than 4% of all water usage in the state or the stupid rain barrels we have to put into every home in LA for new construction, gutters send rain water from roof to barrels and then just the most average storm fills them beyond capacity and the water overflows into the overflow drain and right into the street gutters where it would have ended up anyways and in actuality, more would have fallen into the yards had there been no rain barrels.Enough rant, question is, what can we as investors and citizens do to stop these ridiculous rocket launchers being brought to a knife fight?
