It is my personal residence and I split my time between Denver and the High Rockies so it worked out well for the times I was gone or traveling.

The surprising amount major institutions who will be facing bankruptcy in effect to this and drying up liquidity (some will say no one saw it coming or it’ll never happen, but I’ll just put this out here now as a fair warning) Prepare for it to get rocky people.

We are all in this together and it saddens me to see the crass comments.

Hi Ken, I was wondering how is the situation of Commercial Real Estate in Rocky Mountain House.I have the chance to buy a commercial building of 9,000 sq/ft but it seems to me that the commercial properties in this town are just sitting there on the market for too long...

If you live in Rocky and a friend lives in Solon they may as well be in Medina.

Some may consider certain pockets, but I would personally say you have to go as far out as Broadview heights/Brecksville (south), north Olmsted (west), and rocky river/bay village (northwest) to get into solid A neighborhoods on the west side.With that said I wouldn't take anything away from Parma.
