I don't know if this counts but we did 1800 sq ft of LVP (Life proof from HD) in our Lakehouse that is built on wooden stilts & has decades old plywood flooring that's 1 inch thick.It's been 5 years of heavy traffic, water & dogs yet we have not experienced any buckling, separation, contraction or 'popping' out.

get the cheapest washer at HD for $400. it's a capital expense, so you get to depreciate it.or buy from CL and you risk to replace it in 1 month.whenever we have them we put on the lease that we are not responsible if they go bad.

You can find such a product at a HD or Lowe’s for between $2-3 per square foot or you can call a local flooring store most of which are still taking samples to people’s homes.
