I'd take another 200K and just dedicate to my own fix and flips here in Indy.I'm a car guy and I'd take 100K and dedicate it to flipping old muscle cars which I have a history of.I'd take another 100K and put it some deals as a LP.Then us the reserves as needed

Prior to this I’ve lived here around 6 years and always paid my rent on time faithfully and plan on setting up auto-pay to avoid any discrepancies in the future but I honestly can’t afford to just give away an extra $370 if I don’t owe it.Any insight into the discrepancy would be greatly appreciated.  

Hi,I am getting ready to set up a mailing campaign and if anyone has advice on a good CRM system and ,perhaps more importantly, on setting up a 1`800 number that will allow sellers to call in, listen to a recording, and leave their information.  

It is like walking down the street and a 6 foot 5 inch muscle bound biker bumps into you and it is clearly his fault and it is followed by you apologizing to him, Right or wrong.... a fight would not end well.

We have listened to several BP podcasts, read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and are working our way through several other of the BP books (we are on Set for Life at the moment).

I also used some muscle car stamps instead of the regular American flag ones to hopefully make it seem more "friendly".
