There are a few areas in Southeastern PA that would work well to start investing in Real Estate.

A house with a bad old design like that screams that other issues are likely like terrible wiring, an ancient electric panel, aluminum wires, asbestos, lead paint, bad plumbing, and a creepy Norman Bate-style basement.

This is the structural part of the home, along with the foundation.Whether the home exterior is Brick, Rock, Hardie-Plank, Shiplap, Aluminum or Vinyl siding in Texas it's most likely all the same underneath.

I have been volunteering with local Habitat for Humanity groups to learn how to renovate houses, and currently looking for my first house hack or flip in the southeastern MA area (have been looking at areas such as Barnstable, Plymouth, and Bristol counties).
