Come on mate, I’ve been in this game for way too long and I’ve seen the manipulation that goes on with many turnkey companies offering finance over the last 10 yearsAnd let’s not even get into the turnkey marketing sales companies pushing as many houses via financing just to get a fat commission on every property soldNot giving two dimes if an investor is solvent, and if they can afford it… 

I couldn't blame the Buyers, we weren't buying either, but these were fat deals with conservative ARV's and realistic rehab numbers we would have all been foaming at the mouth for just 6 months prior.

With my build, I don't look fat and I am quite muscular but I knew I was carrying too much fat leading to high BP, acid reflux, not feeling good, etc and I was highly motivated by food in general.

Ds want to send cities/states fat checks.It'll get worse as the liabilities on pub employee retirement funds gets deeper.At least in OR, politicians do NOT want to p*** off public employee unions.
