Happy to brainstorm if you are still considering the idea!

You never know when a simple new connection can turn into a business partnership, a friendship, or even just a regular coffee appointment for brainstorming and talking about the local market.I just met a newbie investor for coffee last week here in Raleigh.

Flipping properties also interest me and I will stick to those approaches for now.My concerns: Finding quality contractors for a rehab, managing rentals, no money to invest.I learn best while brainstorming.

I cant find a REIA meet up in the area and need to find a way brain storm with like minded people.
