interesting... just a blip though in the finance world 1 b  hardly a market makes.. but it looks like from what one can glean from this that its raw land deals...

Gleaning all you can about the property and motivation level from the daughter is great, but she has no legal power to make a deal.  

I'm hoping to glean some information from the group on repair cost for vinyl siding.

The information gleaned from them is priceless.Having a masters in finance, I understand everyone has a personal risk tolerance.

I meant that the OP might be able to glean some insight from picking your brain, not that I was suggesting he get the docs from you and turn around and start using them.

I’ll edit my profile to reflect the value I would like to glean from a mentor or partner.

And the agent dropped almost all communication several weeks ago - before picking it back up this past week and a half - so we were getting bits and pieces, and whatever we could glean from the banker.
