No need to rattle a client with the news that a tenant "might" be breaking their lease.  

In the one I had listed (built in 1814), I had to convince the seller to empty the china cabinet, because every time we'd walk across the kitchen floor, the plates would all rattle!

Aside from the "pride of country" and "comradery" and "honor" and the other things people rattle off when making a career out of it, you're speaking in terms of money.
