Or I could require them to buy area rugs and put this requirement in their "pet addendum" leases. i am leaning toward doing it myself and letting them pick the color.

I know many people who attempted to leave their W-2 job, but investing in real estate in many instances is not steady income and many had to go back to work because they were overly aggressive and had rose colored glasses on when creating their plan.

Sad, as I am sure I would like the views and the area, but it makes perfect sense practically, financially, and legally.Just curious but what color is the sky in your world John?
