Housing is more fun than teeth!

Been poking around for a while, trying to sink my teeth and money into some units.

Well I only have about 8 post and I’m researching all of these softwares and most of the things I’m hearing across all the fb groups and real investors in my community believe that the product is really worth it also from my brief review , I’m leaning towards it being legit ,now this seems to be a bit more than just a product review squabble this seems to be more hazing and older experienced people in our industry upset about the harder ways that they had to do things to get the results that new comers are experiencing.Theres enough out here for us all no need to let your teeth show .

I just grit my teeth for the remaining 6 months on the lease and didn’t renew.

So, i gritted my teeth and rolled up my sleeves and started my RE  investment journey.  

Account Closed  You got by on that deal by the skin on your teeth .

But then I get frantic emails about how their new 8 week old puppy is viciously biting them (LOL), after they sign a contract stating puppies mouth and have needle sharp teeth.

My plan is to keep sinking my teeth into growing and scaling so at some point I can bring some value to the table in Jay's eyes and do a deal with him.It's truly amazing how many niches there are in real estate.

Well Jenn the great news is if you say your prayers, go to bed early, brush your teeth and work hard one day someone may post online about how much they want you to get mauled by a dog too......

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas I know this was a pretty vague topic and maybe should be posted in the "discontent with the rat race/socioeconomic structures that seem trap people in them based on class for life while they perpetually struggle to get a bite of the carrot that perpetually dangles just out of reach from their hungry teeth" section...
