I hope you're able to re calibrate and fully capitalize on the benefits of being a contributing member to BP. 

Obviously, do not take this approach too far - make sure you are calibrated in what you offer or do.

The latter can take advantage of a salary/dividend split to reduce FICA taxation, but your individual tax circumstances may preclude you from being able to take advantage of things.Focus most of your attention on maximizing your after-tax income net of risk and to calibrate how much labor you wish to impute into actively managing your money. 

Then you can calibrate your strategy to fit your needs. 

What is the calibre of the school?

I put a calibrated humidistat in so that they could see the effect of running the fan and leaving the window open a bit.An electric furnace will dry out the air, but this unit has electric baseboard heating which does not affect humidity.

I have close to 8000 posts on BP, many of which were before the scoring system was calibrated like it is now.  

That probably speaks to the calibre of tenant you'd be inheriting!

Great for doing market research / comping potential properties and calibrating potential top line performance of specific properties. 

I though my last post on page 4 was a compliment, well wishing and pointing out Swanny's location served him well.I think it's odd that a newbie on BP ignores one of the senior members, nicknamed "Guru Killer" (LOL) maybe it was unintentional...... hmmm, maybe not.Wonder how many are biting at this system that can be reproduced by anyone, anywhere, anytime, with the right motivation of course........I think I'll unplug my BS Meter before it goes off......I hate calibrating it everyday
