Would any of you recommend a certain site that specifically handles formation of LLC for rental property?  

Everyone has access to the MLS, syndication sites, and the same social platforms—but not everyone will grind to make deals happen.In my experience, many agents say they want investor business, but don’t realize it often means showing on short notice, answering calls after hours, running numbers, and being strategic—not just optimistic.

I found them on sunbiz site when I searched  the company name under fictitious name! 

You just got to treat it like a business and get reservations from other sites and most importantly direct booking

For an investor you could "drive for dollars" then use the deal calculator on this site to create reports of deals that makes sense in your area.

You know, all the extra that we as investors would do ourselves had we been on site.
