The buyer or seller for that matter does not get to decide that somehow 3% of that is now theirs to use for a down payment, repairs or to buy trading cards and bubble gum with.Another point is you said "You do not need an agent to buy a primary residence".

I am also considering a rent increase because the equipment is used 3x as much and such heavy usage will result in premature failure.

This can lead to additional corrosion w/in the pipes, possibly leading to premature failure of the heat exchanger, which is not inexpensive to fix as I just fixed one on one of my properties.Assuming you're on gas, you could (imo: should) install a condensing gas boiler.

It's very easy to flap your gums and tell someone how something is when they are unfamiliar with a situation, in this case the local market and submarket.Ask specifically for like-kind properties for rent or that are currently rented.

If you don't know whether or not the owner has redemption rights, that means you don't know if its a judicial or non judicial foreclosure and if you don't know that yet, you probably are premature in your efforts to buy foreclosures without getting a bit more education.7) Yeah?

Used a long handled scrapper - but that is very slow and gouging the floor.Anyone have an idea how to remove this padding - refinisher says the sticky padding will gum up the sand paper and his machine.
