I find comments by individuals saying that Dodd-Frank is an attack on freedoms, property rights and free enterprise put in place by the consumer advocates, they just aren't looking under the rug and seeing how this further benefits those who believe corporations and money should control the world.

Couches and area rugs will help dampen the noise once tenants move in.Hopefully your tenants will be respectful to each other and try to keep the noise within reason.
