I find comments by individuals saying that Dodd-Frank is an attack on freedoms, property rights and free enterprise put in place by the consumer advocates, they just aren't looking under the rug and seeing how this further benefits those who believe corporations and money should control the world.

We have a 3 bedroom and typically we need to replace a couch a year as there are 3 in the house, an odd table, an area rug and some a piece of outdoor furniture.

The patio furniture in the backyard is ours as well.I wish we had some rugs and some art on the wall, and I wish the beds looked better, but overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

I explained a couple options; she could do rugs on the hardwood floors, plastic on the windows, etc.I must have caught her on a really bad day.Her response was less than favorable.

Couches and area rugs will help dampen the noise once tenants move in.Hopefully your tenants will be respectful to each other and try to keep the noise within reason.
