Your only concern is the behavior which is disrupted to other tenants/neighbors and not in keeping with the legal mandate that tenants have the right to the peaceful use of the property.

You knew what needed to be fixed on day one but you agreed to stay becasue they did respond to yourThe concern would be dishwasher and bath not working..The heat thing, 2 weeks is too long before it gets fixed unless the outside temp didn't mandate heat by law.

You need to do your diligence on what is included from each.Since it seems like you are at the very beginning of your investing journey, here are a couple things to know:Most lenders for large deals will mandate who your inspector will be, or at least have a small list of the companies they will accept from.

The exception is around allowing pets into the property (where you can mandate the carpets being professionally cleaned for example).In CT, the law also just passed where you cannot charge any move in fees (like a move out cleaning fee).
